What does a construction consultant do?
We give you an independent opinion on decisions about your house: plots, designs, contracts, rates, materials and work on site. We don't build, design or sell anything, so our only stake is in your project's success.
How much does a consultation cost?
A 30-minute 1:1 session is PKR 6,000 and 60 minutes is PKR 10,000. Quick benchmarking questions on WhatsApp are free.
Can you help if I'm building from abroad?
Yes. Our Remote Audit works from photos and video you or your contractor send, with a written report within 48 hours.
Do you take commission from contractors or suppliers?
No. You pay us directly, and that's the only money we make from your project.
Which session length should I book?
30 minutes for one clear question; 60 minutes for a walkthrough or several questions.
Do you supervise or manage construction?
No. We advise, so your architect and contractor stay accountable for their own work.
Which areas do you cover for site visits?
Zone A covers DHA, Bahria and central Lahore (PKR 15,000). Zone B covers outer Lahore (PKR 20,000). Outside Lahore, a Remote Audit is usually the better fit.
